One of Michigan’s strongest associations, the Michigan Dental Association conducted a state-wide search for a list of pre-qualified general contractors to bid its construction documents.  With Wieland among the finalists, the two organizations were able to negotiate a fixed price contract and commence construction in the fall of 2008.

Upon completion, MDA’s new facility provided 24,000 SF of office, meeting and work space for its 30 employees while also gaining an important space to conduct business and to host conference’s and continuing education classes.
