Jyoti Structures was founded in 1975, with headquarters located in Mumbai, India. Jyoti manufactures transmission line towers, sub-station structures and railway electrification structures. In 2010, Jyoti opened its first facility in the United States, about 40 miles north of Houston, TX, in Conroe.  

The industrial complex houses 11 of the fastest and most advanced CNC angle and plate punch and drill lines, allowing for an annual capacity of about 54,000 tons. The galvanizing plant is one of the most modern and environmental-friendly plants in the world. Hobbs + Black Associates designed the facility and WIELAND began construction in late 2010, later completing the 205,000 SF facility in February 2012.
