Fern Avenue Marketplace is a shopping center located in one of the most heavily populated retail sectors in Shreveport, LA. The Marketplace is home to recognized brand retail outlets such as Grub Burger Bar, Lululemon, and the only upscale grocer in the market, Whole Foods.

Fern Avenue Marketplace is situated on 4.2-acres of land and has a total of 68,000 SF in net building area. WIELAND worked with Read King Architects on this project, completing construction in July 2015.
