“Working at WIELAND has been an amazing experience for me. I feel invested in this company, and not just because of the length of my employment at WIELAND (19 years), but because I’m involved in so many aspects. I work in the Accounting Department at WIELAND, which entails everything from AP/AR to jobsite visits. I like that accounting offers stability, but so many diverse functions at the same time. The culture at Wieland is energetic. I enjoy coming to work and accepting the challenge of every day or simply completing my day-to-day tasks to keep our team and company moving forward.” – Amanda Canfield, Senior Contract Administrator

“At WIELAND I like that I have responsibility and that my supervisor doesn’t micro manage me. I can ask questions and people make me feel okay about not knowing everything. I also like that I can talk to people who I don’t directly work with. We all play different roles, but we can appreciate each other on a personal level. In a previous job I never so much as met the CEO or CFO, much less socialize with them. It’s different at WIELAND, and that’s something special.” – Candy Caldwell, Asst. Pre-Construction Manager

Our leadership recognizes that “they hired us for a reason” and doesn’t micromanage us on a day to day basis. We work hard, we hold ourselves accountable, we take pride in what we do…but we also have fun together. It’s easy to put that mission on paper, but WIELAND genuinely lives it.” – Eric Zimny, Project Manager
