WIELAND can add another project to its completed portfolio with the Magnolia Performing Arts Center in El Cajon, CA. The $8 million renovation was officially completed at the end of August 2019 and will be hosting its first show this month. The renovation is a collaboration between LIVE Nation and the City of El Cajon. Click the photos below for a look at the facility.
WIELAND is hard at work in Pinconning, MI on the Pincanna project. The project is a Cannabis Cultivation Facility with a total of three buildings, a Greenhouse (45,000 SF) a Warehouse (50,000 SF) and a Processing building (10,000 SF). The project began in February 2019 and is expected to be completed in March 2020.
WIELAND is nearing completion on the SET SEG corporate headquarters facility in East Lansing, MI. The commercial project is for the school insurance company. The facility is a two-story, 32,000 SF and is set to be completed in September 2019. #WIELANDBuilds #ExcellenceInConstruction
WIELAND is making progress on the Hillstone at Alston Town Center multi-family project in Cary, NC. WIELAND is teamed again with design-partner JDavis Architects to develop the 205-unit complex. Multi-family developments in Florida continue to boost the local economy. WIELAND has recently completed or is currently constructing six multi-family developments in Florida. WIELAND is making progress in Traverse City, MI on the Breakwater project. The development is both a multi-family and retail project that sits right on the Boardman River with a view of the Grand Traverse Bay. The parking structure will display local art and the whole development is walking distance from downtown. WIELAND has completed an addition project for repeat-client Celebration Community Church in Celebration, FL. WIELAND previously built phase one of the church and was excited to construct the 16,700 SF addition. The project took just over a year to build and was completed in May 2019
WIELAND is a community partner with its construction of the new Rotary Park project on downtown Lansing’s riverfront. The park will sit on the Grand River and provide the community a common place to interact and enjoy the scenery. The project is expected to be completed in September 2019.
A site once holding only an abandoned building ruined by fire is getting a unique transition with the help of WIELAND employees Jerry Risch and Dan Whittum in Lansing, MI. The multi-family project consists of 96 apartments and three workout rooms all within 82,000 SF. The complete renovation of Oliver Towers into Capital View consists of 96 apartments and three workout rooms all within 82,000 SF and anticipated to be completed by November of 2019.
WIELAND’s early history is grounded in the industrial sector. In December of 2015 WIELAND added the VOXX/Hirschman International Headquarters in Lake Nona, FL to its industrial portfolio. The facility included an office space, manufacturing area and a warehouse totaling 115,000 SF.
WIELAND continues to transform the former Cardinal Newman Catholic High School into the Cardinal Crossings (retail) and the Cardinal (multi-family) in Forest Acres, SC. The site consists of four retail buildings, 246 apartment units, 10 townhomes and a 5-story parking garage. The project is expected to be completed in Spring 2020.
WIELAND has broken ground on the Aerojet Rocketdyne project in Camden, AR. Aerojet Rocketdyne specializes in solid rocket motor production and has had a significant impact on the Arkansas economy. The Engineering, Manufacturing and Development facility will total 17,000SF and is set to be completed in Spring 2020.
