WIELAND constructs projects all over the United States, including in Louisiana. One of these projects is the “Every Man a King” distillery and hotel renovation in Shreveport, LA. The development will include a new micro distillery, courtyard and the Old Arlington Hotel being renovated into a french restaurant, event space and ‘speakeasy’. The project is expected to be completed in Summer 2020.
WIELAND is working through the cold Michigan winter in Traverse City, MI on the Breakwater project. This development consists of three retail/restaurant spaces, 78 residential units and a parking structure. Breakwater is just a short walk from downtown Traverse City and features fabulous views of the Grand Traverse Bay. WIELAND is hard at work in Pinconning, MI on the Pincanna Cannabis Cultivation Facility. The development is comprised of three buildings: a greenhouse (45,000 SF); a warehouse (50,000 SF); and, a processing building (10,000 SF). The project began in February 2019 and is expected to be completed in March 2020.
WIELAND held its monthly “All-In” meeting on Monday, January 6th – a company-wide meeting held every month to keep all its employees updated on what’s new and where business is heading. The featured project was The Cardinal in Columbia, SC. The development is a multi-family/retail project and is expected to be complete March 2020.
WIELAND is currently constructing The Springs at Posner Park, a multi-family project in Davenport, FL for Wisconsin-based Continental Properties. The development is a total of 288 units in 11 separate two-story apartment buildings. The project began in September 2019 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2021.

WIELAND continues to transform the former Cardinal Newman Catholic High School into the Cardinal Crossings (retail) and the Cardinal (multi-family) in Forest Acres, SC. The site consists of four retail buildings, 246 apartment units, 10 townhomes and a 5-story parking garage. WIELAND is currently renovating Sunrise of Troy Senior living center in Troy, MI. During project construction, the residents and staff have continued their daily routines while WIELAND has worked around them. WIELAND is continuing construction on the Mosaic at Oak Creek multi-family project in Bonita Springs, FL. The new build is a total of 273 apartment units and is expected to be completed in April 2020. The development will also provide a public kayak launch into the Oak Creek.
WIELAND has been able to expand its work outside of Michigan, but is still constructing many projects in the Lansing, MI area. One of these projects is the Volaris multi-family project. The new build includes four separate 4-story buildings with 289 units total. The development began in April 2019 and is expected to be completed at the end of Winter 2020.

WIELAND is making progress on the Aerojet Rocketdyne project in Camden, Arkansas. The engineering, manufacturing and development facility will allow for the development of large solid rocket motors. The new build will total 17,000 SF and is expected to be completed in Spring 2020.
WIELAND is underway on its most recent multifamily project, The Springs at Posner Park, in Davenport, FL. This is WIELAND’s first project for Milwaukee-based Continental Development. The Springs features 11 two-story apartment complexes totaling 288 units. The project began in September 2019 and is expected to be completed in Spring, 2021.
WIELAND has completed or is currently constructing numerous multifamily projects in Florida. One of these projects is the Parc at Wesley Chapel development in Wesley Chapel, FL. The development includes 248 apartment units on a 20-acre site and is expected to be completed in May 2020.
WIELAND specializes in manufacturing projects, specifically paper mills. WIELAND is currently constructing its third paper mill for Pratt Paper, this time in Wapakoneta, OH. The project is a recycled paper mill, totaling 250,000SF on a 50-acre site. The project is expected to be completed at the end of December 2019.
