    FLORIDA OFFICE

    WIELAND opened its Florida office in 2006, after working in the “Sunshine State” since the 1970s.   Two repeat clients – Dart Container and United Facilities – routinely had WIELAND working in markets like Orlando, Tampa and Plant City.   After successfully completing more projects for both customers in the early 2000s, WIELAND opened its first office in Celebration.   In 2016, WIELAND moved its offices to the burgeoning Lake Nona area, just south of the Orlando International Airport.   From this office location, WIELAND has built thousands of multi-family units and millions of square feet of industrial space, plus many other building types.
