Authentix Suncoast

WIELAND is near completion on Authentix Suncoast, a multi-family development in Hernando County, FL. The property is owned by Milwaukee-based Continental Properties and features 264 units conveniently located ten minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. The project began in March 2022 and is substantially completed.  WIELAND previously built Continental’s 288-unit Springs at Posner project in Davenport, FL, in 2021.
