Foundry Apartments
Update: WIELAND is pleased to show the continuing progress on The Foundry complex in Huntsville, AL. WIELAND is partnering with a South Carolina real estate development firm, The Beach Company, to construct the new apartments. The complex consists of four apartment buildings totaling 342 units, three townhouse buildings and a 10,000 SF retail/restaurant building. Groundbreaking took place in March 2021 and project completion is expected summer, 2023. #WIELANDbuilds
