Posner Park is a mixed-use development site in Davenport, FL. It was first developed in 2008 and stands on the former site of the Kansas City Royals’ spring training facility as well as the former Circus World. In January 2014, the still undeveloped Posner Park was scheduled for auction later that year. In 2019, the site became home to new retail outlets and multiple residential developments, including The Springs at Posner Park.  

WIELAND constructed The Springs at Posner Park for the Wisconsin-based Continental Properties. The complex boasts 11 separate two-story buildings that contain 288 units and span 267,815 SF. The project began in September 2019 and was completed in March 2021.
