WIELAND completed the Marketplace Apartments, Phase II, in March 2019 for Lansing-based developer, The Gillespie Group. Phase II added 68,781 SF of micro, one- and two-bedroom apartments to the Phase I building, which was completed in 2007. In total, Phase II added five floors and 79 units. Between Phase I and II, Marketplace Apartments boasts 158 units across its 4-acre property.  

The Multi-Family complex was designed by Studio Intrigue, which includes amenities such as a dog washing station, fitness center, and rooftop patio overlooking downtown Lansing. Located in the heart of Michigan’s capital, the apartments are just a short walk away from the best tourist and entertainment attractions Lansing has to offer.
