One of WIELAND’s areas of expertise is multi-family construction, where it has completed multiple projects across the United States. Grand Cypress Apartments in Tampa, FL is WIELAND’s most recent undertaking for Atlanta-based RangeWater Real Estate. Grand Cypress is positioned on 18 acres with a total of nine buildings and one clubhouse. The development features 324 apartment units and totals 358,000 SF. The project began August 2020 and is expected to be completed February 2022. RangeWater is a repeat client for WIELAND, helping fulfill its mission of “serving lifelong clients through excellence in construction.“
