Breakwater

WIELAND is making progress on the Breakwater mixed-use development in Traverse City, MI. The project is made up of three retail/restaurant spaces (27,700 SF), 78 apartment units (69,300 SF) and one parking structure (21,100 SF). The new build is located on the Boardman River with a view of the Grand Traverse Bay. The project began in August 2018 and is expected to be completed August 2020. #WIELANDBuilds #ExcellenceInConstruction
