Celebrating another well-earned promotion – congratulations to our newly appointed Regional Director, Damian Starr!

Damian’s journey with WIELAND began before graduating from Michigan State University, as part of its internship program. He rose from intern to Senior Project Manager. Now, as Regional Director, Damian will lead operations throughout Michigan and the Midwest. His dedication to each project and the knowledge he shares with each team are influential and make him a perfect fit to lead any project.
