Women in Construction Week 2025
This week, WIELAND celebrates and honors the outstanding women whose hard work and dedication drive the organization’s success. With 20 women working across all departments and locations, WIELAND proudly supports Women in Construction Week 2025 (WIC) and recognizes the vital role they play in the industry.
This year marks the 65th anniversary of Women in Construction Week, an organization dedicated to advancing women through education, networking, and technical skill development. At WIELAND, women play a vital role in every aspect of our work, from the job site to the office. Notably, 30% of its women started as interns, emphasizing the value of continuous professional growth. Together, dedicating an impressive 165.56 years of service, leaving a lasting impact on WIELAND and the industry. Thank you to the incredible women of WIELAND for making a difference every day!
