Magna Project Gemini
WIELAND is making significant progress on the Magna Project Gemini in Etheridge, TN. Magna, the largest Tier 1 auto parts manufacturer in North America, supplies companies like GM, Toyota, Ford, Stellantis, BMW, and Tesla. The Etheridge facility will operate as a stamping and assembly plant, equipped with four presses dedicated to manufacturing Ford truck frame components.
WIELAND started the 385,135 SF project last July, with CORE as the architect/engineer, targeting completion by late 2024. Magna Project Gemini will strengthen its logistical advantages, with Ford’s BlueOval City – set to be one of the largest battery and vehicle manufacturing campuses in the U.S. – located just over a two-hour drive away.
