The Foundry

#TBT: WIELAND is excited to showcase a previously completed project – The Foundry mixed-use development in Huntsville, AL. Partnering with The Beach Company from South Carolina, WIELAND constructed 342 new apartments in four different builds, ranging from studio to three-bedroom options. The complex also includes three townhouse buildings and 10,000 SF of retail/restaurant space. Groundbreaking began in March 2021, and the project was finished in May of 2023.
