Fern Avenue Marketplace

#TBT to 2015 when WIELAND completed the Fern Avenue Marketplace project in Shreveport, LA. This development was situated on 4.2-acres of land in a high-traffic area. The 68,000 SF total development included a 36,000 SF Whole Foods Market store and an additional 32,000 SF of prime retail and restaurant space. The development was designed by the architectural firm Read King and was completed by WIELAND in July 2015.
