Mosaic at Oak Creek

WIELAND is currently constructing the Mosaic at Oak Creek multi-family project in Bonita Springs, FL. The project is a total of 273 apartment units with a clubhouse, 10 residential buildings and one mixed-use building all totaling 137,725 SF. The project began in July 2018 and is expected to be completed in April 2020.
