Breakwater

WIELAND is working through the cold Michigan winter in Traverse City, MI on the Breakwater project. This development consists of three retail/restaurant spaces, 78 residential units and a parking structure. Breakwater is just a short walk from downtown Traverse City and features fabulous views of the Grand Traverse Bay.
