A site once holding only an abandoned building ruined by fire is getting a unique transition with the help of WIELAND employees Jerry Risch and Dan Whittum in Lansing, MI. The multi-family project consists of 96 apartments and three workout rooms all within 82,000 SF. The complete renovation of Oliver Towers into Capital View consists of 96 apartments and three workout rooms all within 82,000 SF and anticipated to be completed by November of 2019.
