In April 2011, Wieland broke ground on the Millenia project and completed it six weeks ahead of schedule. The 297 unit apartment project is wrapped around 4-story precast parking deck and includes a swimming pool and workout center.
Wieland recommended completing a mock up of a one and two bedroom unit early in the project for the owner to see the final finishes. This provided the owner the opportunity to change certain finishes having better appearances and lifecycle aspects.
