South Church in Lansing has enjoyed a two decade relationship with Wieland. Starting in 1999, Wieland helped the church complete a major relocation after over 100 years in downtown Lansing. Phase I was a 60,000 SF sanctuary, classroom and administrative addition; Phase II was a new youth ministry center; and, Phase III was a new 500-seat chapel and new administration wing.
In each case, Wieland served as the Construction Manager, assisting in finding the right architectural partner depending on the phases required.
“I would like to commend to you the services of Wieland-Davco for your consideration,” said South Church Pastor Don Denyes. “We have had nothing but the best experience from their entire staff.”
