Authentix Suncoast is a garden-style, multi-family complex in Spring Hill, FL. Authentix is owned and managed by Wisconsin-based Continental Properties. Since its foundation in 1979, Continental has developed over 29,500 apartment homes with the goal of enhancing people’s lives through their living experience.

Each of the 264 apartments features a townhome design, contemporary finishes, quiet interiors, and new appliances. The complex also offers residents access to state-of-the-art amenities such as a resort-style pool, clubhouse coffee bar, 24-hour gym, and dog park with spa. WIELAND joined Continental Properties in December 2021 for a groundbreaking ceremony of the 248,030 SF project and completed the apartment complex in late 2023.
