In 2000, Stan Dobbs founded Apartment Life in Fort Worth, TX, with a mission to combat the loneliness many renters face by fostering meaningful connections within their communities. Over the past 25 years, Apartment Life has grown into a national organization, delivering impressive results that show residents are far more likely to renew their leases, even amid rising rents, when they feel part of a strong community.

On April 10, WIELAND proudly sponsored the 25th Anniversary Apartment Life Gala, held at the Country Club of Orlando. The event brought together a wide array of multi-family leaders, including property owners, operators, and managers – all focused on boosting resident retention. The Apartment Life Gala was a valuable opportunity to engage with both new and familiar faces in Orlando’s thriving multi-family housing industry.
