WIELAND’s Florida team is underway on a 66,000 SF expansion to a United Facilities (UF) warehouse in Orlando, Florida. WIELAND was there throughout the night to ensure the concrete mix design, placement technique, and floor finish were above industry standards and exceeded the client’s overall flatness/levelness requirements. UF is a national third-party logistics provider, and a repeat client for WIELAND, putting WIELAND’s mission of “finding and serving lifelong clients” into action. This is the first of two expansion projects underway for UF in Orlando, with another 80,000 SF tilt wall warehouse expansion in design.
