Brose, a tier one automotive supplier from Germany, had a requirement to establish a North American headquarters and R&D facility in the heart of the U.S. automotive industry, Auburn Hills, Michigan.  Brose North America purchased an existing building and contracted with Wieland to renovate and build out corporate offices and machining and tooling areas for Brose’s R&D activity.

Wieland has completed dozens of projects for international companies seeking to locate a facility in North America, including several German companies.  Having past experience working with other German companies enabled Wieland to understand Brose’s European requirements that were then integrated into U.S. design and construction standards.
